I am a healthcare professional with many years of experience in private clinics and in the education of Midwifery students, having served as an Academic Fellow at the University of West Attica (UNIWA) and as an instructor at a private college in Athens.

I deeply admire the strength of women; this admiration led me to complete an internship in home births—an experience that taught me profound respect for the natural process of childbirth and motherhood.

I have also been actively involved in primary healthcare through mobile medical units, providing services to remote areas across Greece.

Today, I focus on first aid education for adults, aiming to promote prevention, empowerment, and timely response in emergency situations.

In addition, I organize hands-on first aid workshops for children aged 6 and above. Through play, practical activities, and interactive learning, children develop essential safety skills and learn how to respond effectively when something unexpected happens. Each workshop is fully tailored to their age and needs, helping them build confidence, safety awareness, and resilience.

At the same time, I am pursuing my PhD at VUB University in Belgium and I volunteer with the Belgian Red Cross.
